"Delivery took forever and felt a bit dodgy"
I ordered a bed from antiqueironbeds.com the delivery took way longer than I thought it would. I kept waiting around without getting much clear info, and it started to feel like they were being vague on purpose so I wouldn’t cancel or push too hard. The bed itself might be okay, but the whole waiting game really put me off. I wouldn’t order from them again if I needed something to arrive within a reasonable time.

The bed does look nice and it’s decent quality, but i don’t really feel like it was worth what I ended up paying. Once delivery and the extra add-ons were included, it felt like the price got pushed up quickly. I’m not saying it’s a bad bed, but for that kind of money, I think they could’ve offered a little more.

The bed itself is really nice. No complaints there. But the delivery guys weren’t great. Rude, rushed through everything, and just didn’t seem very professional. Kind of disappointing...

"Felt misled by how easy it was supposed to be"
I thought this would be a straightforward setup, but it ended up taking me the entire day. The instructions were confusing and not nearly as clear as I expected, so I kept having to stop and figure things out on my own. It felt a bit misleading because the whole assembly process seemed way easier in the description than it actually was.

I did eventually find what I needed, but the site felt a bit clunky to use. The menus were kind of confusing, and the pages loaded slowly on my phone. I also got transferred around more than I expected, which was frustrating when I was just trying to get a simple answer

I don’t know, maybe it’s just my gut reaction, but the quality didn’t feel quite right to me. It wasn’t as sturdy as I expected, and I kept feeling like it might not hold up that well over time.

"Nice beds, but the first impression wasn’t great"
The beds actually look really nice, and once I started browsing, the site was easy to use. But my first impression wasn’t the best because the pricing felt a little confusing right away. I could see prices listed, but I still wasn’t totally sure what was included and what would end up costing extra.
I wish things like shipping, finishes, and add-ons were explained more clearly before you get too far into the process. It wasn’t a terrible experience, and I do like the designs, but it’s frustrating when you can’t easily figure out the real total upfront.

The box showed up ripped open, and a bunch of the parts were scratched up badly. I’m sure the company has some polished line about “careful handling” or whatever, but that’s not what it looked like when it got to my door

"Felt like I had to keep chasing them"
I kept having to follow up just to get any kind of update on my order. Emails took a while to get answered, and a few times I didn’t hear back at all, which made it feel like I was being brushed off a bit. I get that things can get busy, but I never really knew what was going on. Overall, it wasn’t a great experience for me.

I spent some time looking around antiqueironbeds.com and wanted to feel good about ordering, but I couldn’t get past how unclear some of the important stuff was. For something that expensive, I needed straightforward answers about delivery, returns, and what happens if the bed shows up damaged.
I also really hate feeling like I’m being pushed through some automated process instead of getting real reassurance from an actual person. Maybe other people have had a smooth experience, but I wasn’t comfortable taking the chance without clearer details up front...

"Looks decent from a distance, but..."
The bed looks nice once it’s set up, at least from across the room. But up close, the joints and welds are kind of rough, and the paint has a few uneven spots that I noticed right away. For what it cost, I was expecting the finish to be a little cleaner, you know.....

"Nice looking bed, just not as antique as I expected"
The bed does look nice from across the room, and maybe I’m being a little too picky because I really had a specific old iron bed look in my head. Up close, though, some of the details feel a bit too new, so the antique style comes off kind of forced to me. It’s not a bad bed at all, I just probably expected more of an authentic vintage feel than it really has

"Customizing the bed was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I was trying to customize a bed and thought it would be straightforward. You’d assume the available options would be clearly listed, but they felt limited and kind of confusing. I couldn’t really tell what I could or couldn’t choose without reaching out, which made the whole process more annoying than it needed to be. Not really what I was expecting.

"Nice bed, but the support felt sketchy"
The bed itself is actually nice and I’m happy with it overall, but dealing with customer service was frustrating. I had to email more than once before anyone got back to me, and the slow replies made me feel like I couldn’t really trust them to help if something bigger came up. For what it costs, I expected a lot better.

"Pretty much confirmed my doubts"
I really wanted to give this bed a fair chance, but it kind of confirmed what I was already worried about. It just isn’t very comfortable, feels hard and a little awkward to sleep on. The frame also moves more than I expected, especially when getting in or out, so it doesn’t feel that stable. I had a feeling it might be shaky, and unfortunately that’s exactly how it turned out. Not really happy with it
